What is SolidBedOne’s Return Policy?For the Queen/King Bed, Bedside Table, we offer a 30-day trial period. Within the 30 days, if you are not satisfied for any reason, the Bed Frame and Bedside Table can be returned for a refund at any time. For other accessories, like Headboard Cover, it’s only final sale due to the safe and healthy reason. To be eligible for a return, products must be sent back in their original packaging. Once you send back the product and it’s checked in at our warehouse, we'll issue a refund. Please email us at hello@solidbedone.com for return arrangement. As Standard Shipping is a third-party service, we unfortunately cannot refund the standard shipping fee. All standard shipping fees plus tax will be deducted from the original product price.

Where does SolidBedOne Ship?We currently ship throughout USA and Canada. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $2,500 within the contiguous U.S. and Canada. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please email us at hello@solidbedone.com first about extra standard shipping fees. Customers outside of USA and Canada are welcome to have orders delivered to a freight forwarder of their choice located within the contiguous US. In the unlikely event that you’d like to make a return, this would need to be handled through the original shipping address in the contiguous U.S.

How long does shipping take?We provide Make-To-Order for all products. Generally, Canadian and U.S. orders will arrive in 75 days. Once your order has shipped, you can track your order by using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Do You Offer Discounts?We unfortunately do not currently offer any promotions or first-time discounts at this time. Our products are unique and unmatched by providing durability for the ultimate luxury experience. However, our customers can benefit from membership program for lifetime rewards. You can imagine that this is like a fixed deposit, offering the customer a 5% annual return for 20 years. We are the only furniture company in the world to make this commitment.

What does standard shipping include and how does it work?Standard shipping includes the delivery from our warehouse to the customer’s street address. The customer will be responsible for the unpacking and assembling of your products to the room of choice within your home. For apartment building, the customer may need to find local helpers to move from ground level to their unit after unpacking. A person at least 18 years of age must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt. At the time of scheduling, please notify us of any special delivery requirements, such as if there are any restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, multiple flights of stairs and/or service elevator reservations. If you live in an apartment building, check if you need a Certificate of Insurance for deliveries in advance. Please note that standard shipping does not include: Moving or disassembling your existing furniture within your home. Removing your existing furniture from your home. Installing bed frames inside your home. Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Please measure your space ahead of time to make sure your items will fit through doors, staircases and elevators and that your items can easily be moved into the intended room. Failed delivery due to inability to access your home will result in additional delivery charges. Please protect your flooring and surroundings from potential damage prior to shipping. Our delivery partners will not be responsible for any flooring or surrounding damage.
